Are you far from the beach?
No! The Philmar Guest House is a 3 minute walk from the sandy shores of Skegness.
Are there places to eat nearby?
Just a short walk from the town centre, there is a great choice of places to eat out. With one of the best Mediterranean restaurants in town just a 2 minute walk from the Guest House.
Do you offer breakfast?
Yes! You can enjoy a range of continental options including cereals, juices and a Full English breakfast cooked to your liking.
Do you offer room only?
Yes! If you would prefer to cater for yourselves, then you can enjoy our room only option at a discounted price. Ask for details.
Where do I park my car?
We have roadside parking directly in front of the hotel, space for up to three cars. There is more parking further along the road.
Do you have en-suite rooms?
Yes! All of our rooms have a fully equipped bathroom, complete with shower, sink and toilet. We provide fresh towels and toiletries with every stay.
