Turn left at traffic lights after passing a shopping precinct (on the right). Taking the first turning right into Seaview Road. Take second turning right into Sunningdale Drive, the Philmar Guest House is on the left after several hundred yards.

Enter One way system when approaching Skegness town centre. Keep on A52 (passing Taylors Garage on right) follow signposts to Mablethorpe (A52). At traffic lights proceed straight over taking first turning right into Seaview Road. Take second turning right into Sunningdale Drive, the Philmar Guest House is on the left after several hundred yards.

Note: There is no right turn at the above traffic lights.

Cross Richmond Drive and turn left.

Follow Roman Bank (A52) to the cross roads at the Ship Hotel. Turn right into Castlton Boulevard and cross the dual carriageway at a safe place.

Take the second turning on the left into sunningdale Drive.

Philmar Guest House is located in a short distance on the right.
